Pay

Layover positions: $34.75 per hour, overtime after 40 hours plus layover incentives.

Home positions: $33.75 per hour, overtime after 40 hours.

$5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Schedule

• 5‑day work week (weekends required)
• 2 consecutive days off each week
• Various dispatch times available

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletized grocery freight throughout Washington and Oregon.
• Perform light‑touch freight handling to the end of the trailer using an electric pallet jack (no hand unload).
• Operate late‑model Penske Truck Leasing trucks equipped with inward‑ and outward‑facing in‑cab cameras and best‑in‑class comfort and safety features.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required; must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence.
• Current or ability to obtain a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• 3‑year DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Ability to meet all federal and state regulations, pass background investigation and drug screening.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lb regularly and up to 100 lb occasionally; vision and hearing requirements; ability to safely operate and enter/exit the vehicle.
• For Apprentice opportunities: graduate of a Penske‑approved CDL school (CDL 160, Ivy Tech, Truck Drivers Institute, New England Tractor Trailer Training School) or current/former U.S. Armed Forces member.
