Truck Driver CDL A No Weekends

Pay

• $1,280 or more per week
• Hourly pay: $32.00 per hour
• Hours per week: 40+ hours
• Tenure bonus: $300 paid four times a year (every quarter)
• Sign‑on bonus: $1,250 at 30 days and $1,250 at 90 days
• Loyalty bonus: $1,250 at 6 months and $1,250 at 1 year
• Referral bonuses: unlimited up to $1,500 for each hired driver

Schedule

• Paid training schedule: Monday – Friday, no weekends
• Start time: 6:30 AM
• Route: local, home daily
• Tractor type: day cab (able to accept automatic restriction)
• Trailer type: flatbed 48′ or 53′
• Freight: touch & load securement – steel and metal
• Ryder provides training on all equipment needed
• Trucks: well‑maintained, safe, 36 months or newer with 24/7 roadside maintenance and fueling at over 800 nationwide locations

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by the customer
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug
