Responsibilities

Support individuals in daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and hygiene
Facilitate social interactions and community integration
Assist with educational and recreational activities
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
Document progress and communicate with families and staff

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations
Passion for making a difference in people's lives

Skills

Basic computer literacy
First aid/CPR certification (preferred)
