About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Triad1828 Centre. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management
Support individuals in developing social and communication skills
Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and plan strategies
Document daily activities and progress in a timely manner

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for making a difference in people's lives

Skills

Basic computer literacy
Knowledge of disability-specific support services

Pay
