About the role

Join our dynamic team at Triad1828 Centre! We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Camden, NJ. Our center provides comprehensive support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities
Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
Facilitate social interactions and community integration
Document progress and communicate with families and other service providers
Adhere to all safety protocols and follow agency policies and procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Pass a background check and criminal history review

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

Basic computer skills
Knowledge of developmental disabilities and support services
