About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Triad1828 Centre. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional care to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the centre
• Support staff in implementing individualized care plans
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and plan next steps
• Provide companionship and social activities for residents
• Document resident interactions and progress in a timely manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Pay

The starting salary for this position is $15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility based on department needs.
