About the role

Under supervision of the Construction Manager, employees will transport contaminated soils from and clean fill to residential properties in support of cleanup of contaminated soils throughout Jacobsville, IN.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and proficiently drive and operate 5-7yd end dump trucks, 2k water truck, and possibly 12-14yd tandem axle trucks.
  • Observe and comply with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

Requirements

  • CDL driver's license is required.
  • Properly licensed to drive dump trucks on public roadways.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience and live locally (daily commute) to Jacobsville (Evansville), IN.
  • Previous environmental project work preferred.
  • Physical strength, stamina, flexibility, and dexterity.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
  • Preferred: current OSHA HAZWOPER training.
  • Dependable transportation and cell phone service.
  • Provide a resume documenting verifiable experience when applying.

Pay

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $35 per hour. Compensation depends on several factors including: experience, education, key skills, geographic location of the position, client requirements, external market competitiveness, and internal equity among other employees within APTIM.
