Responsibilities

• Ascertain work assignments and procedures.
• Rotate through all tasks in the production process.
• Fabricate, assemble, and disassemble manufactured products by hand.
• Converse with engineering and manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
• Perform quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Repair and maintain facilities as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required.

Skills

• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing environment.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting for long periods of time.
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on a computer.
