TRU-Industrial Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a territory business plan focused on identifying target markets and driving industrial growth.
• Work closely with existing and prospective dealer partners to establish strategic business plans that fuel new growth.
• Strengthen relationships with AC Store teams and end user accounts to align with distributor goals and grow market share.
• Manage the full sales cycle for direct accounts—from lead generation to close.
• Partner with AC Store Zone Managers and Regional Managers to align on industrial strategy and ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
• Stay current on industrial products and services. Invest in your growth through ongoing training and our Performance Learning Plan.
• Maintain competitive strategies by monitoring competitor activities and offerings to develop counter-strategies that maintain market leadership.
• Stay informed about market trends and customer needs to adapt proactively and seize new opportunities.
• Support the development of Commercial Territory Managers by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of sales experience, preferably in Industrial Coatings.
• Willingness to travel 50%–70% of the time across the assigned territory.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The role requires 50%–70% travel across the assigned territory.
