Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a territory business plan focused on identifying target markets and driving industrial growth.
- Work closely with existing and prospective dealer partners to establish strategic business plans that fuel new growth.
- Strengthen relationships with AC Store teams and end user accounts to align with distributor goals and grow market share.
- Manage the full sales cycle for direct accounts—from lead generation to close.
- Partner with AC Store Zone Managers and Regional Managers to align on industrial strategy and ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
- Stay current on industrial products and services. Invest in your growth through ongoing training and our Performance Learning Plan.
- Maintain competitive strategies by monitoring competitor activities and offerings to develop counter-strategies that maintain market leadership.
- Adapt to market trends and customer needs to seize new opportunities.
- Support the development of Commercial Territory Managers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6–8 years of sales experience, preferably in Industrial Coatings.
- Willingness to travel 50%–70% of the time across the assigned territory.
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 with an annual bonus.
