Troweler - Rubber Surfacing Specialist
What You'll Do
- 98% Troweling Work: Focus on your craft with dedicated time for quality installation
- Material handling and site staging
- Maintaining organized, safe work areas
- Collaborating with experienced foremen and installation team members
- Occasional travel (25%) to diverse project sites
What You Bring
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of troweling experience (non-negotiable)
- Rubber surfacing experience (required)
- Availability for overtime and 25% travel
- 1 year of forklift experience is a plus!
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55+ lbs. PPE provided.

Pay
Pay Range: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday / 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
