About the role
Campus Summer Camps & Academies is seeking an outgoing and experienced Trip Leader to join our team. As a Trip Leader, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of our campers during off-campus trips.
Responsibilities
- Lead a group of campers on off-campus trips
- Drive a 15-passenger van to locations on Long Island
- Monitor campers and escort them to various activities
- Provide fun learning opportunities
- Set up, take down, and maintain camp equipment
- Communicate with parents
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a camp counselor or in a similar position
- Commercial Drivers License or experience transporting children
- Highly organized and responsible
- Excellent communication skills
- First-aid and CPR certified
- Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including hiking, running, and carrying equipment
Compensation
$2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
