Responsibilities
- Manage flight bookings and confirm details with airlines
- Handle reservations for ground transportation and accommodations
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and preferences
- Ensure all travel documents are prepared and delivered on time
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in travel coordination or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using travel management software
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field (not required)
- Knowledge of major airlines and travel agencies
- Experience with travel management software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo)
Skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
