Trimmer Operator Foreperson
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew.
- Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
- Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training.
- Communicates with property owners and customers regarding work details and damages.
- Maintains accurate records and reports on crew performance.
- Controls crew costs and manages resources effectively.
- Furnishes reports to supervisors and addresses emergencies.
- Maintains equipment and performs DOT maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Understanding of electrical drawings and symbols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organization and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to adjust to field requirements independently.
- Safe driving ability.
- Physical capability to handle heavy loads and heights.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- At least 3120 hours of working experience in line clearance industry.
Pre-Screen
- Drug screen and background check required upon offer.
License & Certifications
- A valid Commercial Driver's license (CDL) is required.
