Pay
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $22.55 plus shift differential and benefits. Base pay varies within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Schedule
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday – Thursday
Work Location: 1120 Industrial Ave, North Platte, NE
Responsibilities
- Retrieve door tags from operator
- Inspect doors for defects, verify print matches door and ticket
- Enter trimmed doors into M/P, write off doors with customer and door count
- Record rejects with proper codes and create KI’s
- Down-stack Shakers
- Help push doors down line and to paint booth
- All other assigned duties
Requirements
- Must be able to read and interpret production tickets
- Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills
- Must have product knowledge and computer skills
- Must have good attendance and safety records
- Must demonstrate solid teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High attention to detail
- Ability to stand for 10-12 hours straight
- Climb and descend stairs/ladder as needed
- Perform repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push, and pull 60 pounds)
- Withstand exposure to temperature extremes and potentially uncomfortable noise levels
