Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on trim or finish carpentry experience (required)
  • Strong miter cutting, coping, and scribing skills
  • Familiarity with tools used in trim and finish work (miter saw, nail gun, router, hand tools)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Excellent communication and professionalism on client job sites
  • Ability to lift and carry materials and perform physical tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
  • Experience with melamine, MDF, or hardwood trim materials a plus
  • Experience in custom cabinetry or closet installations a plus

Responsibilities

  • Install trim, casing, molding, and finish details on custom closet systems in clients' homes and businesses
  • Ensure tight, clean fits — scribing to walls, ceilings, and floors as needed
  • Provide professional, courteous service throughout the installation process
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment on every job site
  • Collaborate with the lead installer to ensure timely, high-quality project completion
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service
