Trim Carpenter/Cabinet Installer

About the role

Install base and wall cabinets, crown molding, toe kicks, trim, hardware, and cabinet accessories. Install doors and drawer fronts and drill for hinges. Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets. Follow instructions given by project manager. Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site. Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily. Communicate with project manager daily about progress. Work quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install base and wall cabinets, crown molding, toe kicks, trim, hardware, and cabinet accessories
• Install doors and drawer fronts and drill for hinges
• Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
• Able to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and nail gun
• Follow instructions given by project manager
• Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cabinet installation and/or cabinet refacing
• Skilled in trim carpentry and related finish work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow plans or diagrams
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and own set of tools
• Nice to have experience with installing tile backsplash
• Nice to have experience applying PSA Veneer to cabinet frames

• Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level

• Power hand tools including a table saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and nail gun
