Trim Assembly | 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints.
• Fastens parts together with wrenches and pipe compound, assuring proper torque is used.
• Inspects parts for proper Quality and ensures that a proper seal between parts is achieved.
• Tests Trimmed and Pre-Trimmed Valves and Devices according to approval laboratory guidelines.
• Inspects and packages Trimmed Valves according to Viking quality standards.
• Disassembles Pre trimmed valves and packages according to work order instructions.
• Identifies scrap and salvage and records such for inventory purposes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
