About the role
St. Ignatius is seeking a successful applicant who must possess a Bachelor’s degree or completion of an accredited certificate program in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or Business Administration; a Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience is required, including five years of leadership experience—preferably in a supervisory role within a healthcare facility such as a Tribal/Indian health center, federally qualified health center, ambulatory surgical center, physician group practice, or hospital setting. Five or more years of demonstrated, successful experience in administering Indian Reorganization Act (93-638) Self Determination compacts or contracts is preferred. Supervisory experience managing a large (100+) and diverse workforce is required.
Requirements

Application materials
All applicants must submit a Tribal application and copies of academic transcripts/training certificates and licensure, a copy of a valid driver’s license, and proof of enrollment in a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT. If claiming veterans preference, a copy of DD214 must be submitted.
Pre-employment requirements
This position is not a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes, must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory twelve (12) month probationary period.
Pay
Salary is $55.81 – $89.81 per hour, plus benefits. May be employed under contract.
