Trial Readiness Specialist
About the role
This is a specialized role for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives on organization, embraces technology, and wants to play a meaningful role in preparing cases for trial. You will work directly with lead trial counsel throughout the trial preparation process, supporting our firm’s culture of trial readiness and exceptional preparation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive trial readiness audits to identify gaps in proof, discovery, witnesses, exhibits, and other trial preparation needs.
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, litigation assistants, investigators, experts, and vendors to ensure critical tasks are completed.
- Organize and maintain digital trial files and supporting databases.
- Prepare witness files, exhibit lists, deposition designations, demonstrative evidence, and trial notebooks.
- Assist in developing timelines, witness summaries, demonstrative evidence, and other materials used to prepare and present cases at trial.
- Prepare courtroom presentation materials and provide technology support during trial.
- Assist with the implementation and refining of technology-driven workflows that improve trial preparation, including the use of AI and litigation technology.
- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- May require extended hours, including evenings and weekends, during active trial preparation and trial periods.
- May require travel to courthouses and off-site locations.
- Occasionally/Frequently/Continually required to stand, walk, and sit.
- Occasionally/Frequently/Continually required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds.
