Trial Delivery Manager, Sponsor Dedicated

Role Overview: This position is for a Senior Project Lead or Associate Director responsible for managing complex global clinical trials within a Functional Service Provider model. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical trial activities from feasibility through close-out across multiple regions and therapeutic areas.Oversee vendor performance, including CROs, labs, and ePRO services, ensuring compliance and quality standards.Ensure inspection readiness and adherence to regulations and ICH-GCP standards.Manage enrollment feasibility, regional commitments, and proactively identify risks.Lead and mentor trial teams, and implement process improvements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.Minimum of 6 years experience in clinical trial management within pharma or CROs.Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical operations.Skills in project management, risk mitigation, and budget oversight.Experience with CTMS, TMF systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Proven ability to manage global, virtual teams in matrix environments.
