Manager, Trial Delivery Management

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a healthcare environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create and update trial-specific documents and guidelines
• Manage daily vendor activities and budget oversight
• Coordinate country and regional trial management activities
• Support training development for clinical programs
• Resolve trial-related issues and mitigate risks
• Contribute to process improvement activities across trials
• Mentor new team members in Trial Management

Qualifications

• BS degree in Life Sciences or equivalent preferred
• 8+ years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or related industries
• Experience in pharmaceutical development processes
• Knowledge of clinical research across Phase I-IV studies
• 2-3 years leading global clinical trial aspects
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Skills in project planning, communication, and financial management

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
