About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs aligning with business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless execution of program activities
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, monitoring progress and addressing issues
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders for transparency throughout the lifecycle
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or related field; PMP certification preferred
• Extensive experience in program management with a track record of delivering large-scale projects
• Strong leadership ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for managing multiple projects and competing priorities
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including risk management and budgeting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across various levels

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
