Responsibilities

The Trucking Personal Injury Trial Attorney will handle catastrophic and trucking motor vehicle accident cases. Responsibilities include:

• Handling litigation cases day-to-day
• Drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda
• Guiding clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting expert reports, and affidavits
• Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• A member in good standing with the State Bar of Kentucky
• Trial experience required
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter with a focus on long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
