Responsibilities

• Handle litigation cases day-to-day.
• Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Work with expert witnesses, including scheduling conferences, drafting expert reports, and affidavits.
• Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the IN State Bar Association.
• Ability to manage high volumes of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a long-term career goal.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
