Responsibilities
- Handle litigation cases day-to-day.
- Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda.
- Guide clients through the case process.
- Work with expert witnesses, including scheduling conferences, drafting expert reports, and affidavits.
- Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
Qualifications
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the IN State Bar Association.
- Ability to manage high volumes of litigation cases.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a long-term career goal.
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
