- Represent clients in various legal matters including personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, workers' compensation, social security claims, product liability, wage and hour, and other areas.
- Prepare and present evidence in court and during settlement negotiations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties.
- Stay updated on legal developments and trends relevant to the practice area.
Requirements
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in at least one state or the District of Columbia.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
