About the role
Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to helping clients navigate complex insurance claims and legal challenges. Our firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Property Damage practice area.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in property damage cases, including water damage, hurricane damage, fire damage, and theft claims.
- Assist clients with insurance bad faith claims and business interruption issues.
- Advise clients on the best course of action for maximizing their insurance payouts and recovering damages.
- Prepare and file necessary legal documents and pleadings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
- Present arguments in court and mediations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals to ensure comprehensive representation.
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in Louisiana.
- At least 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in property damage or insurance law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with insurance claims and litigation.
- Knowledge of local and state laws related to property damage and insurance.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
