About the role

Join our team of dedicated attorneys committed to helping clients navigate complex insurance claims and recover from property damage. Our firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on insurance policies and coverage options
• Prepare and prosecute insurance claims for property damage, including water, fire, and storm-related losses
• Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies
• Handle legal aspects of property restoration and reconstruction
• Assist clients with insurance bad faith claims
• Provide guidance on business interruption and other related matters

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the Louisiana State Bar Association
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance law and property damage claims
• Knowledge of local and state laws related to insurance and property damage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Passion for providing exceptional client service

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
