Responsibilities

• Assist clients in filing and pursuing insurance claims for property damage, theft, and other losses.
• Research and analyze insurance policies to identify coverage and potential claims.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for insurance claims.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and insurance companies to resolve disputes and ensure timely claim processing.
• Monitor and manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations that may impact client claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in insurance claims handling or legal assistance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Louisiana insurance laws and regulations.
• Experience with claim management software.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
