Trial Attorney

About the role

Join our team as a dedicated insurance claims attorney. Our firm specializes in property damage, business interruption, and insurance bad faith cases across Louisiana. You will work closely with clients to navigate complex insurance claims and advocate for their rights.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance claim disputes
• Advocate for clients in court and administrative hearings
• Prepare and present legal arguments and evidence
• Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals on case strategy
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Louisiana
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with Louisiana insurance laws and regulations
• Knowledge of insurance policy language and coverage
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Passion for advocating for clients' rights

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
