About the role
As our Trial Attorney, you'll lead teams that fight meaningful battles. You'll draft pleadings that give voice to the voiceless, navigate the discovery process to uncover truth, and stand in courtrooms where your words directly impact lives.
Responsibilities
- Draft and argue complex legal pleadings
- Navigate the discovery process to uncover evidence
- Prepare and present arguments in court
- Manage and resolve disputes effectively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
Requirements
- Seasoned experience as a litigation warrior
- Proven ability to handle complex cases
- Experience with trials, depositions, and court motions
- Active license to practice in Missouri and Kansas (additional states welcome)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- License to practice law in Missouri and Kansas
- Experience with trials, depositions, and court motions
