Triage Registered Nurse - Healthcare Center

Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical Group setting, providing patient care and support within a healthcare team. Responsibilities Deliver nursing care under the supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians.Perform phone triage, review test results, manage medication refills, process prior authorizations, and educate patients on care plans.Respond to patient messages via electronic health records and document in Epic. Qualifications & Skills Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.BLS/CPR certification required.Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in an office or hospital setting. Additional Details Full-time position with hours Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays.Travel to other sites based on department needs.Compensation based on experience, with an hourly pay range of $35.15 - $54.48.
