Triage Nurse - Family Community Medicine
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The RN Triage Nurse will handle phone calls from patients seeking medical information and attention. Responsibilities include assessing health needs, providing advice, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and offering health education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Three (3) years of nursing experience
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the Interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
