About the role

Supports the operations team in managing the triage and escalation of customer issues during night shifts. Collaborates with other supervisors and staff to ensure efficient problem resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the triage and escalation of customer issues during night shifts
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and staff to resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Monitor and maintain customer service metrics and reports
  • Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a customer-facing environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
