Responsibilities
- Perform tree removals, pruning, trimming, and stump grinding
- Operate chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, loaders, and other tree equipment
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards
- Maintain communication with supervisors, customers, and crew members
- Conduct daily equipment and vehicle inspections
- Follow all ANSI, OSHA, and company safety procedures
- Train and mentor crew members on safe work practices
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
- Previous experience in tree care and crew supervision
- Ability to safely operate tree equipment and commercial vehicles
- Knowledge of tree removal, pruning techniques, rigging, and safety procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

- Experience with bucket operations, chippers, and stump grinders
