This position is ideal for a skilled arborist who enjoys leading by example, mentoring others, and taking pride in preservation-focused work rather than production-only tree removal.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of arborists in performing tree preservation tasks
• Mentor and develop junior staff members
• Ensure all work adheres to preservation-focused practices and standards
• Communicate effectively with clients about project scope and expectations
• Document work processes and outcomes for quality assurance

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an arborist
• Proven ability to lead and mentor others
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of arboricultural techniques and preservation methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• First aid and CPR certification
