Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of tree care professionals
• Plan and execute tree preservation projects
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Document project progress and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in forestry, horticulture, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tree care or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tree biology, ecology, and health
• Experience with pruning, planting, and transplanting trees
• Proficiency in using tree care equipment and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
