About the role
The General Tree Care Team at SavATree are the backbone of our operations. We work together to provide high-quality tree care, ensuring the health and well-being of our clients' landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Work together on a General Tree Care crew to provide high quality tree care to our clients.
- Involved in all aspects of pruning, removals, cable bracing and other concepts related to tree care.
- Safely operate all equipment and perform the assigned job tasks while providing excellent service to our clients.
Requirements
- Experience with proper pruning practices including large shade trees and ornamentals.
- Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species and have a working knowledge of each species’ characteristics.
- Experience climbing without spurs.
- Experience with tree care safety standards.
- Practical knowledge of chainsaw and equipment operation.
- Experience with aerial lifts (bucket truck).
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the desire to work outdoors, a valid U.S. driver's license to operate company vehicles (CDL a plus), and authorization to work lawfully in the U.S.
Skills
Essential skills include experience with proper pruning practices, identifying tree and shrub species, climbing without spurs, operating tree care equipment, and using aerial lifts.

Pay
This position pays up to $32/hr based on experience + PTO + benefits.
