Tree Climber / Bucket Operator

About the role

Lambert Lawn Care is seeking an experienced Tree Climber / Bucket Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the tree care industry, a strong commitment to safety, and excellent teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently climb trees and operate bucket trucks for tree pruning and removal
• Perform proper rigging techniques to lower limbs and wood safely to the ground
• Communicate effectively with crew members and ground personnel
• Adhere to all safety standards and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Assist with cleanup and debris removal

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tree Climber or Bucket Operator
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of tree care safety standards and best practices
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills
