Tree Care Superintendent

What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, and implement the tasks of a tree care crew.
• Schedule and ensure compliance with contract specifications, labor and materials budgets, and client expectations.
• Supervise tree care service activities of each crew according to property and client specifications, ensuring consistent quality for our clients, and that crew members are operating safely at all times.
• Demonstrate correct equipment use to crews and assist with tree trimming, and general cleanup.
• Congratulate branch management, customers and other employees as needed.
• Interact on a regular basis with assigned Yellowstone Landscape clientele, through verbal and written communications.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing tree care services.
• Ability to operate a lift.
• Exceptional client-service skills and a keen sense of ownership.
• Proactive attitude to resolve issues before they become problematic.
• Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Clean driving record.
• A Green Thumb!
