Landscape Superintendent
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Landscape Superintendent to lead a crew that provides landscape services and installs landscape upgrades on high-profile commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and implement tasks of a field crew to ensure compliance with contract specifications, labor and materials budgets, and client expectations.
- Supervise landscape installation/construction activities of the crew to ensure consistent quality for our clients and crew members’ safety.
- Aid the Account Manager in enhancing landscapes of clients by offering additional services.
- Coordinate with branch management, customers, and other employees as needed.
- Interact regularly with assigned Yellowstone Landscape clientele through verbal and written communications.
- Maintain landscape health and care needs on assigned properties.
Requirements
- Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscape installations, construction, or related services.
- Exceptional client-service skills and a keen sense of responsibility.
- Ability to read landscape plans and layout plantings.
- Must be able to operate Bobcat and mini-excavator.
- Pro-active attitude to resolve issues before they arise.
- Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- Clean driving record.
