Tree Care Superintendent

What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, and implement tasks of a tree care crew.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, labor and materials budgets, and client expectations.
• Supervise tree care service activities according to property and client specifications, maintaining consistent quality for clients.
• Avoid unsafe operations and ensure crew members are operating safely at all times.
• Demonstrate correct equipment use to crews and assist with tree trimming and general cleanup.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and other employees as needed.
• Interact regularly with assigned Yellowstone Landscape clientele through verbal and written communications.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing tree care services.
• Ability to operate a lift.
• Exceptional client-service skills and a proactive attitude to resolve issues before they become problematic.
• Proactive attitude to resolve issues before they become problematic.
• Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Clean driving record.
