Tree Care Superintendent

What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, and implement the tasks of a tree care crew.
• Schedule and implement the tasks of a tree care crew according to property and client specifications.
• Ensure consistent quality for our clients.
• Avoid safety hazards and ensure safe work practices.
• Operate a lift and assist with tree trimming and general cleanup.
• Communicate regularly with branch management, customers, and other employees.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing tree care services.
• Ability to operate a lift.
• Exceptional client-service skills and a keen sense of ownership.
• Proactive attitude to resolve issues before they become problematic.
• Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Clean driving record.
• A Green Thumb!
