Treatment Registered Nurse - Days

Position: Registered Nurse - Treatment, Evanston Kellogg Cancer Center Location: Evanston Hospital/Kellogg Cancer Center - Evanston, IL Full Time: 40 hours/week Hours: 4 days - 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, no weekends or holidays. Responsibilities Include Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care independently in the cancer center.Utilizing the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.Administering chemotherapy, medications, and blood products.Guiding and directing unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering patient care.Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.Contributing to safety outcomes and enhancing patient experience. Qualifications And Skills Current Illinois RN licensure (required).Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's preferred.Current CPR certification (required).Oncology and outpatient infusion experience (preferred).Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills.
