Position: Registered Nurse - Treatment, Kellogg Cancer Center Location: Highland Park, IL Role Overview: Provide safe, compassionate nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an outpatient oncology setting. Administer chemotherapy, medications, and blood products, and supervise unlicensed personnel. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety, contributing to high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills Current Illinois RN licensureAssociate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)CPR certification (American Heart Association)Preferred experience in oncology or outpatient infusion centersStrong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills Key Duties Delivering direct patient care and coordinating interdisciplinary team effortsAdministering treatments and medications, including chemotherapy and blood productsGuiding and supervising support staffPromoting safety and high-quality care standards
