Treatment Plan Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Greet and schedule patients
• Collect co-payments
• Present treatment plans
• Work to ensure schedules meet production goals
• Develop reports on production goals
• Serve as an advocate and educator in creating treatment plans for dental care

Qualifications

• 1 year dental experience
• Excel in multi-tasking and time management
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality with excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Experience in dental or medical field with scheduling and verifying insurance preferred
• Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, dental software, and ability to learn new programs

Skills

• Answers incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette and responds to telephone inquiries from potential patients
• Aids the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establishing a plan for scheduling and payment for dental services
• Conducts treatment plan consultations with new and existing patients to address patient concerns and answer questions regarding dental treatment plans
• Schedules, reschedules, and confirms new patient appointments, promoting flexibility and care regarding appointment opportunities to patients seeking care
• Works to maintain full schedules and maintain office schedule flow
