Treatment Nurse

About the role

We are searching for a Treatment Nurse to join our team at Harmony Park Ridge. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and investing in the professional development of our staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin treatments for residents
• Obtain treatment orders from physicians
• Aid in developing treatment care plans
• Conduct resident assessments
• Provide detailed charting and progress notes

Requirements

• Unencumbered State of Illinois RN license
• C.P.R certification
• Three (3) years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• One (1) year of experience as a C.N.A. (preference)

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• One (1) year of experience as a C.N.A. (preference)

• Knowledge of nursing practices
