Treatment Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy under supervision
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Build therapeutic relationships with at-risk adolescent boys
• Coordinate care with families and community providers
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Conduct crisis assessments and interventions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and current California ASW registration
• Experience working with adolescent youth
• Knowledge of adolescent development, trauma-informed care, and family systems
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging behaviors
• Valid California Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
