Treatment Court Clinician

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, family, and group counseling to adults and families
• Provides clinical assessments, intakes, and develops treatment plans
• Effectively interfaces with courts, social services
• Provides community education, consultation, and emergency services
• Understands the functioning of treatment court, while promoting recovery through coordinated response by utilizing a team approach

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work that includes coursework for licensure by the Virginia Department of Health Professions as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner in Virginia
• Successful completion of the graduate level coursework required from the licensing board to begin licensure supervision/residency must be documented on the graduate degree transcript and provided upon request
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request
• Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace

Pay

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE:$48,208 - $83,222
