Treatment Coordinator - Dental

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently in English and Spanish.
• Explain procedures, benefits, and financial options in a patient-friendly way.
• Train front-desk team (2–3 people) on communication, scripts, and patient experience.
• Role play to improve case acceptance.
• Improve case acceptance through strong follow-up and clear messaging.
• Handle new patient calls, scheduling, and treatment questions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of dental front-office or treatment-coordination experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
• Strong communication and patient-education skills.
• Confident discussing treatment, insurance basics, and financial options.
• Organized, proactive, and team-oriented.
